I have been training with Kathy for just over 8 months. I met her while participating in a “boot camp” class with three instructors, she was by far my favorite. She is always bursting with energy, which helps during our 6am training sessions because her enthusiasm is contagious. As a physician and a former college athlete, I always felt I knew enough about training to do it myself. What would I gain from a personal trainer? Boy, was I wrong. Kathy is a wealth of knowledge from her own experience as a runner to her training in yoga. I have never done the same workout twice with her and all of the new skills I have learned carry over to the workouts I do on my own. It’s so refreshing! Ultimately, I think the most important gift Kathy has to offer is an ability to assess the strengths and weaknesses of her clients and push them beyond the limit they would push themselves, without going overboard. I’ve worked with trainers who over train and under train you and she has the unique ability to find just the right spot for you. She is highly recommended!!!!
